If you are unsure of what mindfulness is and how could it help your team, why not let us introduce the benefits to you?
Mindfulness can help you and your team by bringing awareness to selfregulation, protect against stress and enhance effective decision-making capabilities. Mindfulness is the art of cultivating the ability to be in control of your mind instead of your mind being in control of you.
Supported by scientific research, mindfulness has been successfully implemented across the globe. Mindfulness is a state in which you are highly aware and focused on the reality of the present moment, accepting, and acknowledging it, without getting caught up in thoughts or emotional reactions to the situation.
Research conducted over the last 40 years demonstrates the benefits that can be gained from mindfulness training, which reduces the risk of burnout, improve many aspects of team productivity, better working relationships and increase health and well-being.
Mindfulness can provide athletes with :
• Clear decision making
• Effective communication
• Stronger teams and leaders
• Greater creativity and innovation
• Improved engagement
• Acceptance of change
• Greater resilience
• Overall health
We offer these options to introduce mindfulness to your Team or develop a bespoke package for you

Introductory sessions ( 1-2hrs) These sessions provide participants with an understanding of what mindfulness is and isn’t, where it comes from and its benefits. It will add value to leadership development programmes or team building days.
Half Day Mindfulnes Workshop (4hrs) In addition to learning about the science underpinning why mindfulness works, participants get to experience mindfulness practices for themselves, allowing the experiential learning and its value for peak playing performance.

About the Programmes
These programmes are the most recognised and established mindfulness courses, taught all over the world, and scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, depression and anxiety.
The online course consists of four to eight, 2-hour sessions. Through guided meditations, group dialogue, individually tailored instructions and home assignments, you will learn the essential principles of mindfulness and techniques to build your personal home practice and access the wide ranging benefits well beyond the course.
The key learning points include:
A variety of formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, which involve using the breath and body as a focus for being aware of our experience in the present moment.
Understanding the physiology of stress and how to self-regulate our moods, so that we are better able to pause in challenging situations and manage our responses more effectively.
Recognising the patterns of worrying and self- criticism that often generate more stress and learning to relate to ourselves with a more accepting and kind stance.
Learning to have more mindful, and thus meaningful, communication, connections and relationships.
Developing practical self-care tools to help us thrive, perform at our best, and build resilience.
